Title: Snakey posts a sketch (and possibly more). Post by: Snowy the Serpent on 08 April, 2009, 08:50:11 pm I don't believe that anybody remembers me from the SSBB Social Board anymore as snaketheserpent. However, I do want to post a sketch of mine and catch comments and opinions.
Here is one of a few sketches I have drawn. (http://th06.deviantart.com/fs42/300W/f/2009/097/2/8/Navy_the_Leviathan_by_Ilynine.jpg) This is Navy, a cyan-blue (light blue skin with cyan fins and eyes) leviathan with green eyes that sparkle, as if containing gems, in the dark. She is very outgoing, happy go-lucky and at the same time laid-back. However, she is easily shy to strangers and will often try to hide as such. However, she is quite lonely because she does not get out of her home much and neither does she have many friends. She has only had one childhood friend that she remembers growing up with. In reality, Navy's body size and length is MASSIVE compared to the average human's. For now, imagine a human at 5' 6" standing only the height of her head. Yeah, I decided to throw in her overall description, as well. But this is probably my best drawing for now. I might not be as good as many others, but I draw characters from my imagination (pretty fantastic) to see and show how they look in reality. Navy is my favorite sketch right now. I try to draw a lot of humanoid characters, but many angles I can't quite figure out, I don't know how to draw every detail in reality, I know shading can use some work, not sure how to use guides for drawing, etc. etc. etc. But I am trying to draw well/practicing. Thank you. Honestly, this is my best piece of work (and yet this is simple). I would like to do better. You're on this site? Woah. Lol, I've been registered on this site for... a year or just a little less? I never posted outside of the RP boards, though, and even now, I never come here at all anymore.
