I'd say it's worth it, though a friend of mine found it for $8, and I assume it was new, so it could be in your best interests to look around first.

If only it was a bit longer and the gameplay evolved more. The first playthrough is one hell of an experience. I would not play it for the achievments though. Some of those time trials can take weeks of practice.
