In case you haven't seen the Resident Evil movies, the only good thing about them is Milla Jovovich.

That would be better without the "Satan says:" part.

Has anyone seen the newest RE movie?

I disagree. (http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/AddedAlliterativeAppeal)

And yeah, the new movie wasn't that bad.

Yes, it's solidly bad. Not like Syfy Original bad, just big-budget, gone on far too long with too little happening bad.

Oh, and the plot sucked, the characters were flat except for Alice, Wesker, and the black guy, and the 3-D was gimmicky.

A lot more references to the games though. I appreciated that, like that entire Chris and Wesker fight that was pretty much taken from 5, complete with epic sunglasses throwing.

Not enough to redeem most of the rest of the movie.

Though random Jill should at least be interesting.

I laughed so hard at the trailer. Screen Gems or whatever would probably lend itself better to Devil May Cry since they crammed over-the-top action into a series that didn't have much of that (at the time). Even though the action choreographer for the DMC series has done live-action films before but eh.
