Title: Dark Souls: Or How I Learned to Stop Trying and Love the ****
Post by: Ƨɒlƚy on 06 October, 2011, 06:08:11 pm
So yeah, I'm gonna be booting it up in a little while. I got the collector's edition at no additional cost, artbook, soundtrack, metal case and all. And I gotta say about the artbook...****'s gruesome. And sometimes just a little...um...incongruous.

So yeah, I'll update this, you contribute, blah blah general topic.

It's not too bad. I cheated and got the Drake Sword so i'm the raper and not the rapee.

But I still get gangbanged frequently.

Didn't have that much interest in Demon's Souls, still don't have much interest in this one.

I didn't like Demon's Souls much at all, but this drew me in for some reason. The boss and enemy designs are way, way cooler, even though I have made about zero progress.

Hello Necro. Going to stick around for a bit, or is this just a hit and run?

I picked this up again. My first run through was pathetic. I continued it and I'm 20+ hours in (30 total since I had 10 at the time of continuing) and I'm making big progress.

I'm fucking beating this fucking game this time, I swear the fucking God.

I can taste victory. In response, the game has increased its defenses. It wants me to give up hope and be broken against the rocks of its eternal shore, but it has created a monster. I can not be placated.

Also Gravelord Nito is my new favorite thing.

*carries Dark Souls' corpse into the room, places it in the tomb with all due respect*

What a great fucking game.
