So there's the first real trailer. So it seems it's closer to a SMT spinoff series (Persona, Devil Summoner, etc., the japanese name for the game is Genei Ibunroku: #FE) than SMT itself. It sounds like it's Persona style meets Fire Emblem classes or something like that, kinda like a Kingdom Hearts deal or something. The hideous .hack designs is probably the main offender in this regard.
It will probably still play great though with IS working on it to some degree.
