Well, let's not dilly daly and just get on with it, shall we? The purpose of this is to vote on which characters are your favorite from any anime/manga. Each day you can make up to 5 nominations and vote on which character is the best in the piece for that day. You also must specify/explain why that character is the best in the that series.
