You know it's funny, you aren't Knuckles anymore, and NOW we are all adopting Sonic names.
Copycats. >_>

Actually, I just changed my name because of that little thingie with Brawl characters coming up, hence why I'm Bowser.

You know what, I'm going back and I'll just change it later.

Let's see some plotholes in the Sonic franchise. I won't believe it's canon unless Sega or Bioware tie up the loose ends it created in the Sonic franchise.

- Blaze. Where the hell is she from? Alternate timeline, or the future? Also, she says "Blue hedgehog..." in Sonic Next-Gen. Does she recall Sonic's color, or is she just trying to get herself to remember the color and species of Sonic? When the hell does Sonic Rush and Rush Adventure fit into all of this? I'm willing to believe that Rivals and Rivals 2 take place after Rush and Rush Adventure. That would make sense, right? Eggman Nega helps Eggman in the first two Sonic Rush games, and then turns against him in the Rivals saga. That takes care of that paradox, but where the hell does Rush and Rush Adventure fit in contrast to Sonic Next-Gen? Before or after? This whole thing is possibly the biggest plothole in the game, and the only explanation is that Sonic Next-Gen isn't canon. Not because it "never happened", but it isn't even related to the game Sonic universe at all. Meaning, it might be like the Archie comics. Not canon with the games, but only itself.

- How in the world is that dark blue Chaos Emerald used in the other games? Silver apparently got it in the future by defeating one of Eggman's robots. Eggman got this emerald by kidnapping Elise. BUT Elise got the emerald because Silver found the emerald from Eggman, and gave it to her in the past. Okay...but how the hell was it used in all the Sonic games? Unless

- The moon. What the hell happened to this? Okay, if Sonic X explained what happened to the moon after and why it's so perfect, why can't the people who work on the damn games do the same? It probably isn't a huge deal, but it's still weird how the moon magically healed itself after half of it exploded because Eggman gets a hard-on for technology.

How can you fit Rush and Rivals into the same canon?

I haven't even played either Rivals game, and I'm pretty sure Silver was coming from the future because he was looking for someone. Undoubtedly Blaze, considering what happened in Sonic 06.

If Sonic 06 is non-canon, so are the Rivals games.

Considering the Rush games are good, and the others aren't, I'm more inclined to consider them canon over the other messed up timeline, though I suppose that's what happens when you outsource the franchise to multiple different companies, and only one of them has any idea what's going on (Dimps).

And the moon doesn't matter <_<

If you haven't played it, then how can you say it isn't canon?

And by the way, SPOILERS Silver wasn't looking for Blaze. He was looking for Eggman Nega. Silver doesn't even acknowledge Blaze's presence in both Rivals games, let alone look for her. Hell, Blaze wasn't even mentioned in either game at all, other than maybe a cameo as a card, which obviously doesn't play a role in the storyline. >_> END SPOILERS.

If Sonic 06 is non-canon, so are the Rivals games.
Again, Blaze has no part in either Sonic Rivals game.

Considering the Rush games are good, and the others aren't, I'm more inclined to consider them canon over the other messed up timeline, though I suppose that's what happens when you outsource the franchise to multiple different companies, and only one of them has any idea what's going on (Dimps).
Well, games being good don't really determine the outcome of the continuity of the series, except for the storyline. But the Sonic Rivals storyline doesn't interfere with anything. Actually, there were no plotholes created by it. The only problem is that it follows some potential plotholes left behind by Sonic Next-Gen and the Sonic Rushes, and doesn't explain anything.

And the moon doesn't matter <_<
Indeed. It is a plothole, but I don't think it really makes a big difference in the franchise.

Of course, Majora's Mask moon is pretty intense...>_>

Except Sonic Rivals still can't be canon under those circumstances.

Silver is from the future. Eggman Nega, according to Sonic Rush, is from an alternate dimension.

Why would Silver be after Eggman Nega?

And spoilers for Sonic Rivals don't even count as spoilers considering what game they're from.

If you haven't played it, then how can you say it isn't canon?

Because canonity relies solely on things that don't require playing the game at all. Like storyline, or something visual.
