The quantity of the users that live in Europe > The quantity of users in Asia.
Some may have lived there/been part Chinese or however. But for those language things, that could probably just go right to special interests.
Check my region topic at the Social Board section. There's over 10 users (maybe) that live in Europe. Since they have a different time zone, some of us (me) aren't on when they are sometimes.

Seriously though a Canada board is a bit pointless....
The Asian board would be a great idea if there were a bunch from that part of the world.... there could be if we advertise to people from there....
