you can actually get the tails Chao pretty easily. get galaxy star:Online episodes 1&2 and do the missions until you get to The Faker In Yellow. once you complete that mission, go back to planet. go to where all the chocobo are standing and a chao should pop up and give you a 'gift'. after that. go back to the ship. if you look around you should seea Chao Transporter from SA2. connect your GBA without a game in it. this thing will allow you to have a temporary Chao garden on your GBA with a tails Chao in it. simply turn off FS:O and put in SA2. move em' over and you got a tails chao.
