*Meanwhile, at the Castle, Bob and his team have finished rounding up the injured party goers and applying first aid to them*

Zeldafan: Well, that's the last of them!

Bob: Is that so? Good work, you two. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be going now.

Lilia: But wait, where are you going?

Bob: To assess Blue and his team's situation. They may be in need of assistance.

Zeldafan: Wait, Bob! I'll go with you!

Lilia: Me too!

Bob: No, I need the two of you to remain here and make sure the citizens are sent home safely, and to look after Princess Mizuna. Is that clear?

Zeldafan: *sigh* Yeah...

Lilia: Mhmm...

Bob: Good. Now then, I'm off!

*Bob runs out of the Castle and follows the trail of Blue and his team*

Mizuna: Gee, I hope Blue and the others aren't in trouble...

Lilia: Aw, I'm sure they'll come back safe and sound with the Dimen-er, I mean Saiphon Jewel. We've been through much worse than a gang of thieves, you know.

Mizuna: I hope you're right, Lilia. The lives of my parents may depend on it.

*Zeldafan pulls Lilia away*

Lilia: Ack! Zeldafan, what gives?

Zeldafan: Lilia, are you sure you should be instilling her with false hope like that? You know we're going to have to smash it to bits once we get our hands on it.

Lilia: Oh I know, but I can't stand seeing her upset like that. I just had to try and keep her spirits up somehow. She is our friend, afterall.

Zeldafan: Mmn, I wish there was something we could do...

*Meanwhile, Blue and his team are still aboard the thieves airship, preparing to face off against the new threat*

Masked Man2: Hey! Just what are you three yammering about over there?

ILS: Put a sock in it, would you!?

Masked Man2: Ah! Hmph!

*Just then, a large figure emerges, and heads toward the airship. It appears to be a giant green fowl*

Blue: Ergh, so it's a bird this time. Just our luck.

Tobi: Blue, we're out of our element up here. We have to land this ship so we can fight it on ground.

Blue: Understood.

*Blue calls out to the Masked Man*

Blue: Hey, you!

Masked Man2: Uh, me?

Blue: Yeah you! Can't you land this ship?

Masked Man2: Why should I?

Blue: We don't have time to argue, just do it!

Masked Man2: *grumble*

*The Masked Man goes to land the ship, but before he can, the crystal beast reaches the airship and shows itself to the group*

Masked Man2: Ah...aaaaaaaaah!!

Fodder Thief: W-what is that thing!?

Fodder Thief2: Aaaah, it's a m-monster!!!

??: I am Emerl Avian, one of the four crystal beasts. You, who've attempted to bring harm to that which I protect will pay for your crimes with your lives.

Fodder Thief3: It's going to kill us!!

Fodder Thief4: Run for your lives!!

*Avian flaps its mighty wings, creating a terrible whirlwind that blows the airship to its side, causing it to lose its center of balance and fall from the sky*

ILS: Aaaagh! We're going to crash!

Blue: Hang onto something! And don't let go!

Tobi: ILS, Blue! Come with me!

Blue: Huh?

*Tobi grabs Blue and ILS and leaps off the condemned ship*

*Tobi, carrying Blue and ILS, lands safely on the ground, whereas the thieves airship crash lands in a far off forest*

Blue: Gee, I hope they're not hurt... *scratches head*

ILS: Blue, we've got bigger fish-er...birds to fry!

*Avian dives from the sky and swoops toward the three*

Tobi: It's heading for us!

Blue: Out of the way! Hurry!

*The group quickly dives to the ground, just in time to avoid the attack. Avian then creates another whirlwind, attempting to blow them away*

ILS: Blue, agh! This wind is too strong, do something!

Blue: I'm on it!

*Blue erects a barrier to combat Avian's whirlwind attack. It successfully keeps the team from being blown away. Blue then hurls a thunder bolt into the sky. It then crashes down on Avian, stopping its attack*

ILS: Nice work, Blue! Now it's my turn!

*ILS charges at Avian and attempts to strike him. But before he can pull off the attack, Avian envelopes himself in a tornado*

ILS: Huh, whoa!! Oh yeah? That tornado isn't going to stop me! I'll just hack my way through it!

*ILS makes an attempt at slicing through the tornado, but to no avail*

ILS: What? That's impossible!

Tobi: Let me try.

*Tobi performs a handseal*

Tobi: Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!

*Tobi spews a stream of fire from his mouth, but the tornado repels the attack*

Tobi: Agh! No way!

Avian: This is no mere tornado. It is my ultimate defense, none can penetrate it. It also makes for good offense as well. Allow me to demonstrate!

*The tornado tunnels out and sucks the group inside*

Avian: Ultimate Offense: Razor Wind Blades!

*The power of the tornade intensifies, the pressured air tearing and hacking at Blue and his team*

Group: Aaaaaggh!!

Avian: Now do you see? With both defense and offense on my side, nothing can defeat me.

*After the attack completes, the tornado releases the group, sending them flying outwards. They then get to their feet, though battered and bleeding*

Blue: Ugh...*panting* Is everyone..okay?

ILS: Yeah...but we have to find someway to get through that thing...Don't we have anything strong enough?

Blue: I don't think so. But if there's no way through it, we'll just have to go around it! Tobi, do you have any jutsu that can help us out?

Tobi: Hmm, I think I have just the thing. But Blue, I'm going to need your aid.

Blue: You got it! What's the plan?

Tobi: Just hang onto me and I'll handle the rest!

*Blue latches onto Tobi as he performs a handseal*

Tobi: Earth Style: Headhunter Jutsu!

*Both Blue and Tobi meld into the ground and move towards Avian's tornado*

ILS: Whoa, that's awesome...

*Blue and Tobi use the advantage of the headhunter jutsu to pass under Avian's tornado. They arrive in the eye of the tornado and prepare to attack*

Tobi: We're all set, Blue. Ready to go?

Blue: I'm ready. Just give the word.

Tobi: Okay, let's do it!

*Tobi and Blue emerge from the ground and confront Avian*

Avian: What!? Impossible! How did you--

*Tobi leaps and delivers a swift kick to Avian's temple*

Avian: Guuagh!!

*Tobi's attack causes Avian to lose his concentrate and the tornado fades*

Tobi: Here's our chance, Blue! Finish him!

Blue: I've got it! ArcThunder!!!

*Blue raises his hands into the air, as storm clouds cover the sky. Several bolts of lightning thunder down upon Avian, striking him all at once*

Avian: Graaagh!

Blue: I'm not finished yet! Ha!!

*Blue throws his hands to the ground, then a large thunder bolt crashes down on Avian, effectively ending him*

Avian: Gah! Noooooooo! I'm supposed to be...unbeatable....

*Avian's body fades in a gust of wind, leaving behind the Dimension Key in his wake*

ILS: Alright, Blue! You did it!

Blue: Yeah, but I couldn't have done it without Tobi's help. That headhunter technique really did the trick.

Tobi: Heehee, Oh stop.

*Blue picks up the Dimension Key*

Blue: Alright, it's our fourth one. Time to smash it!

*Blue lifts the Key into the air, preparing to slam it into the ground, but it is quickly whisked away when Bob arrives on the scene*

Blue: Huh!?

Bob: Blue, how many times must we go through this? Only I will destroy the Dimension Keys.

Blue: Eh, yeah whatever...

*Bob shatters the Dimension Key in his hand*

Bob: Four down, one more to go. We're almost home, boys.

*Just then, the Earth begins to violently quake, and the sky thunders with purple lightning*

ILS: Ah! What's happening now!?

Blue: I don't know! Could it be because we shattered the Dimension Key..?

*The quaking comes to a stop*

ILS: Huh? Well that was quick.

Tobi: Is it..over?

Bob: Seems like it. But look.

*Bob points to the sky*

Blue: Gah! What's...going on!?

*The group looks up to see that the sky has disappeared, revealing the Dimension between Real Earth and Copy Earth*

Bob: It's the very same area where I found you, ILS, and Lilia in suspended animation. And take another look. See something you recognize?

*Bob points to a gray sphere far off in the sky*

Tobi: Is that...Earth!?

Bob: You guessed it, Tobi.

Blue: But..why is this all happening?

Bob: The ties between the two worlds has severly weakened due to the destruction of the Dimension Keys. This phenonemon is likely the effect of our deeds.

ILS: So, this is a good thing, right?

Bob: Apparently so, ILS. Once we shatter the final Dimension Key, the ties between the worlds will be completely severed, and Real Earth will be restored to its proper form.

*The rift in the sky closes and goes back to it's normal shape*

Blue: Alright guys, we're almost there, but our journey isn't over yet. We still have work to do. Let's regroup back at the Castle so we can plan our next move.

Group: Right.

*The group, having defeated Emerl Avian and successfully shattering the fourth Dimension Key, leaves the plains and returns to Teneabre Castle*

Blue: Hey, Lilia, Zeldafan, we're back.

Lilia: Blue! Everyone! You're all okay!

Zeldafan: Welcome back, guys! I assume everything went well, right?

Blue: Yup. We took care of the thieves and the Crystal Beast. Only one more Dimension Key left.

Zeldafan: Cool beans! So where are we headed next, huh?

*Just then, Mizuna runs up to Blue*

Mizuna: Blue! The Saiphon Jewel! Is it...is it--

Blue: Uhm, Mizuna, I...we--

Bob: Let me, Blue. Mizuna, I'm sorry, but the Saiphon Jewel was shattered in our struggle with the thieves. Please, accept our apologies.

Mizuna: Oh no!! Without the Saiphon Jewel's powers, how will my parents ever recover!?

Bob: Excuse me?

Lilia: Mizuna's parents were left bedridden after an accident several years ago. She's been trying to find a way to use the Dimen-uhm, Saiphon Jewel's energies to heal them.

Mizuna: And now that it's gone, my parents will be stuck in that terrible state for the rest of their lives. Ooh! *sobs*

*Bob walks over to Mizuna and places his hand on her shoulder*

Bob: Mizuna, don't cry. Me and my companions will find a way to save your parents.

Mizuna: *sniff* Really?

Bob: Yes, I swear.

Mizuna: *wipes eyes* Thank you...

Blue: Well, if we're all done here, I think we should be heading back to the inn now. We have to get ready to set out again.

Bob: Right, coming.

Mizuna: Wait!

Blue: Huh?

Mizuna: You guys can stay in the Castle tonight, if you wish. I have enough vacant rooms for everyone.

Lilia: Really? You're the best, Mizuna!

Mizuna: No problem. It's the least I could do. I mean, you guys are going through the trouble of trying to help my parents.

Blue: Thanks again, Mizuna. Well, goodnight.

Mizuna: Yeah, sweet dreams.

*The group heads to the upper floor of the Castle to the guest bedrooms. They each go into their own room and goes to bed for the night*

*Meanwhile, atop the Goddess' Tower*

Leadan: No! They've shattered another Dimension Key!

Astartyune: Why do you worry, Leadan? I told you they will not succeed.

Leadan: Are you mad!? The damage they've done is clearly visible now! Even if they are stopped, this world will wither and fade on its own without ample support!

Astartyune: Then I shall create a new world to replace the old.

Leadan: But..but that's--

Astartyune: If you want to preserve this planet, it may not be too late. Stop Blue and his companions before they can shatter the fifth Dimension Key.

Leadan: Yes, I will!

*Leadan disappears*

Astartyune: ...

*The next morning, the group reconvenes in the Main Hall of the Castle, having changed back into their original clothing*

Blue: *yawn* Morning, guys.

Group: Morning!

Blue: So, Bob, what's our next destination?

Bob: Ah yes, the location of the final Dimension Key. Hmm, according to my readings, it's nestled on the continent to the northeast, but...

Blue: But?

Bob: But the signal is very feint.

Zeldafan: What does that mean?

Bob: It means the Dimension Key is either very deep below ground, or at a very high altitude.

ILS: So, what do we do about that?

Bob: I'm not entirely sure...

*Just then, Mizuna walks in on the group*

Mizuna: Hey guys. What are you up to?

Blue: Hey Mizuna, we're just discussing our next destination. We're heading to the continent to the northeast.

Mizuna: Northeast, huh? That's the continent of Renzelia. Are you guys planning on seeking out the floating city?

Lilia: Floating city?

Mizuna: Yeah, the ancient city of Ghyar. There's a legend that the people who used to live there kept it afloat by using the power of a Jewel with the same properties as the Saiphon Jewel. I was wondering if maybe that's where you were going.

ILS: Same properties as the Saiphon Jewel? That's gotta be--

Zeldafan: The Dimension Key!

Blue: Well guys, it looks we're going to this Gyhar.

Tobi: But, how do we get there? None of us can fly... *scratches head*

Mizuna: Heehee, maybe not, Tobi, but an airship can!

Lilia: Huh, you mean you have one?

Mizuna: Well, not really. But the airship the thieves were using is just as good. It's not like they're using it anymore. Not after my guards arrested them last night.

ILS: But wait, we saw the airship crash to the ground! It can't be in good shape after something like that.

Mizuna: Eh, you'd think that, but one of my guards reported that it was a little banged up, but in near perfect working order.

Bob: So it should still be operational enough to get us to Gyhar.

Mizuna: That's right!

Blue: Alright then, I remember where the airship crash landed, it's not too far from here. Let's go, guys!

Mizuna: Yeah, let's go!

Lilia: Huh? Mizuna?

Mizuna: What? I wanna join you guys on your journey!

ILS: But Mizuna, this is no picnic. Our journey is full of danger and peril, and I wouldn't want a cutie like you to get hurt.

Blue: Yeah, ILS is right. It's too dangerous for you to come along.

Mizuna: Aww, but--! Egh, I wanna help you guys out somehow! You've all done so much for me! Please let me come! I'm begging you!

Zeldafan: Mizuna...

Bob: It's your call, Blue.

Blue: Uhm...alright...

Mizuna: *gasp* Really!?

Blue: Yeah. Just promise us that if things get too rough, you'll get out there immediately. Understood?

Mizuna: Alright, I understand.

Zeldafan: Yay! You're a member of our party now, Mizuna!

Tobi: Tobi's so happy! I could just...dance!

*Tobi grabs Mizuna and does a happy dance*

Mizuna: Yiiiiiiiih! Tobi, stoooooop!

Blue: Heheh, alright guys, that's enough. Let's get out of here.

*Blue and the group, now joined by Princess Mizuna, leave Teneabre Castle and heads for the thieves abandoned airship*

*Blue takes the group to the site of the crash. There they find the thieves airship, still in working condition just as Mizuna stated*

Blue: Well, here it is.

Bob: Let's climb aboard, shall we?

Blue: Yeah.

*The group boards the airship*

Blue: Alright then, let's take to the skies!

Lilia: But Blue, none of us have ever flown an airship before!

Blue: Oh, good point. Uhm...

*Meanwhile, Bob is examining the control panel*

Bob: Hmm...

Zeldafan: Well, how about it, Bob? Think you can do it?

Bob: I'm not sure if I can, Zeldafan. These controls are much more complex than your average ship.

Zeldafan: *sigh* So I take it that's a no?

Bob: I suppose, for the time being. It'd be much too risky to attempt to fly this thing without proper knowledge.

Tobi: Oh pshaw! Let me have a crack at it!

*Tobi begins pushing every button he can find*

Zeldafan: *gasp* Tobi!

Bob: You bumbling idiot!

*At that moment, the airship's propellers begin to spin, and the ship lifts into the air*

Tobi: See? Piece of cake!

Zeldafan: Uhm...

Bob: Hmph, impressive.

Blue: Hey, I see you figured it out, Bob. I knew I could count on you.

Bob: Actually, Blue, it wasn't me who got the ship airborne.

Lilia: Oh yeah? Then who was it?

Zeldafan: It was...Tobi...

Tobi: Hello! *waves*

Blue/Lilia: Tobi?

*Blue and Lilia glance at eachother*

Mizuna: Heehee, Tobi, you're the best!

Tobi: Is Tobi a good boy?

Mizuna: Oh yes he is! Tobi's such a good boy!

Tobi: Yay!!

Zeldafan: Hey! That's my job!

Mizuna: Oh, sorry. *nervous laugh*

Blue: Egh, anyway. Tobi, can you get this thing headed towards the northeast?

Tobi: Sure thing, Blue!

*Tobi shifts the location of the handle, setting the airship flying in the northeastern direction*

*Mizuna is leaning over the ship, pondering about various things*

Mizuna: Hmm....

Bob: Is something bothering you, Princess?

Mizuna: Huh? Oh, well yeah, actually. I wanted to come help you guys on your journey, but I still don't know just what it is you're travelling for.

Bob: Ah. Well, I'm going to be frank with you. Earth is in danger, and we're trying to save it.

Mizuna: Wha-? You're kidding, right?

Bob: This is no joke, Princess. Why else would we tell you it's too dangerous? An evil force seeks to destroy our planet by putting in place 5 ominous crystals known as the Dimension Keys. And it's our job to destroy them.

Mizuna: Evil force? Dimension Keys? I'm still not following you. *scratches head*

Bob: Hmm, well let me put it this way. Your "Saiphon Jewel" was one of them.

Mizuna: Wait, so that means...you shattered it!?

Bob: I did. But you have to understand that it was for the good of Earth.

Mizuna: But, then-- I still don't get it! Just what's wrong with Earth anyway?

Bob: All will become clear in time, Princess. Just enjoy the ride for now.

Mizuna: *sigh* I guess...

ILS: And I'll keep you company until then, Mizuna!

*ILS slowly places his hand on her butt*

Mizuna: Aah! ILS!!

ILS: Uhm, was it too soon? *sweatdrop*

Mizuna: You....pervert!!

*Mizuna punches ILS square in the nose*

ILS: Aaaaagh!!

Bob: Oooh, that's gotta hurt.

*Meanwhile Tobi is still manning the helm, while Blue and Zeldafan supervise*

Zeldafan: Blue, how long til we get there, do ya think?

Blue: Hmm, can't be that much longer. We are flying in the air afterall.

Tobi: Blue, Sempai!

Zeldafan: What, Tobi?

Tobi: Come quick! I see land ahead!

*Blue and Zeldafan walk to the front of the ship to observe. They spy the continent of Renzelia coming into view*

Zeldafan: Alright! We're getting close!

Blue: There's the land below, but where's the land above? Keep 'er steady, Tobi.

Tobi: Roger!

*The airship continues onward into Renzelia airspace. Blue and Zeldafan keep a constant lookout for any sign of the floating city*

Zeldafan: Where could it be?

Blue: It's gotta be here, somewhere. Keep looking.

Zeldafan: *gasp* Blue! There!

Blue: Where!?

Zeldafan: There's a mass of land in the sky to the east!

Blue: East, huh? Take us there, Tobi.

Tobi: On it!

*Tobi adjusts the handle, taking the airship eastward. The floating city soon comes into view*

Zeldafan: Alrighty! We made it!

Blue: Good work, Zeldafan.

*crash*

Blue: Hn?

Zeldafan: What was that?

Blue: Tobi, any damage?

Tobi: Uhm, yes...

Zeldafan: Well then out with it.

Tobi: We're losing altitude! Hoo hoo hoo! *cries*

Blue: No!

[BlueAnnihilator]

Zeldafan: Tobi! Can't you do an emergency landing or something!?

Tobi: Uhm, uhm...aa....

*Tobi frantically mashes every button, but to no avail*

Tobi: *whimpers* No...

Lilia: Blue! What do we do now!?

*Blue rubs his chin*

Lilia: Well!?

Blue: We die.

Lilia: Oh...

*The airship's engine gives out. It and the group falls helplessly from the sky*

Everyone: Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh!!

*Several hours later, Blue awakens to find himself lying in a bed*

Blue: Ugh..where am I...

*As Blue rises from bed, he feels pain in his arm and winces*

Blue: Ergh...

Nurse: Easy now! Of all your friends, you suffered the worse injuries.

Blue: Ah, my friends! Where are they? Are they okay!?

Nurse: Calm down, your friends are just fine. In fact, they've been waiting outside for you the entire time.

*Blue leaps out of bed and hurries outside of the house. There, he finds the group waiting for him, just as the nurse said*

Blue: Guys!

Lilia: Blue!

ILS: Good to see you safe, buddy.

Zeldafan: Blue, we were so worried..

Tobi: Yeah, we thought you'd never come back to us.

Mizuna: I'm glad you're okay, Blue.

Bob: It's about time you woke up. We've been waiting here for hours.

Blue: I'm sorry for making you guys worry. But does anyone know where we are, exactly?

Lilia: We've been wondering that ourselves.

ILS: Yeah, our airship gets busted, and the next thing we know, we awake in some kind of medical ward.

Blue: So, nobody knows where we are? Just great.

Man: Allow me to shed some light on this.

Bob: Who are you?

Man: Me? Why I'm the mayor of this here town. And let me start by saying that we of Ozu Town ask that you accept our apologies.

Zeldafan: Why? You didn't do anything wrong.

Mayor: Oh, but we did. You see, we're responsible for shooting your airship out of the sky.

Mizuna: You're the ones who did this!? Why!? We could've gotten killed!

Mayor: Please forgive us. We say you flying towards the forgotten city and assumed that's where you were headed.

Blue: We were going there. But what does that have to do with you attacking our ship?

Mayor: Take a look.

*The Mayor points directly above*

Bob: Hmm, I see. The floating city lies directly above your town.

Mayor: That's right. We can't have anyone trespassing on those lands, for fear that they may tamper with the energy source keeping the island afloat.

ILS: Ah, I get it. If someone was to mess with that and cause to city to fall, it'd land directly on top of your town.

Mayor: Now do you see? We're deeply sorry for attacking you, but we were just doing what we had to do to keep our town safe.

Blue: We understand. Where is our airship anyway?

Mayor: It's just outside of town. Mind you, it's unoperational.

Blue: Mmn...

Mayor: Once again, we're sorry for this. Please, try to enjoy your stay here.

*The Mayor leaves*

Mizuna: That guy really rubs me the wrong way! Who does he think he is, just blasting people out of the sky like that!?

Lilia: Yeah, I know what you mean. But what can we do?

Blue: I don't know. But we can't stay here forever. We have to get the airship up and going again so we can get to the floating city.

Bob: Then I suggest we take a look at the ship and assess the damage first. We can figure out what to do next from there.

Blue: Alright then. Let's go guys.

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Blue and the group head outside of town to find the airship relatively unharmed*

Bob: Hrrm...

Blue: Well, Bob? How's it look?

Bob: It appears to be in pretty good shape, except for one thing...

Blue: Which is?

Bob: See here, the engine was damaged. But it doesn't seem to be beyond repair.

Blue: Ah, well that's a relief. Think we can find someone to fix it up for us?

Mizuna: Get with the program, Blue! Airships aren't exactly a common technology. I still wanna know how a bunch of thieves managed to get their hands on one.

ILS: So, we're screwed.

Lilia: Oh man. And we were so close too.

*Bob is further inspecting the damage on the ship*

Bob: Aaah....

Zeldafan: Bob, is something the matter? You're acting weirder than usual.

Bob: It's just...this shot, it's almost spot on. Like he knew exactly where to strike. Whoever their marksman is, he must be very skilled.

Zeldafan: The guy almost killed us and you're complementing him?

Bob: Gotta give credit where credit is due, Zeldafan.

Blue: Hmm, that makes me think. If this guy knew where to hit us from, he must have some kind of knowledge on how these ships are built, right?

Zeldafan: Hey, not a bad deduction, Blue! You're pretty smart.

Bob: You may have something there, Blue. It's worth checking out, at any rate.

Blue: Alright then. Let's head back to town and have a chat with this guy. He may just be our only chance.

*The group heads back into town and finds the gunner performing maintenance on his cannon*

Blue: Hey, buddy.

Gunner: Uh? Oh, it's the guys with the airship. What can I do ya for?

Blue: Yeah, about that. We were wondering if you happened to know a thing or two about them.

Gunner: Well I sure do! I mean, I did help develop the very first airship afterall. So I was kinda surprised when I saw you guys flying around in one.

Blue: Ah, so I was right. I figured that'd be the only way you'd know exactly where to target us.

Gunner: Oh, eh heh heh. So you noticed, huh? Sorry about that.

Blue: No worries.

Gunner: Uhm, I think we may've gotten off on the wrong foot. So let's start over. My name's Remy, by the way. Nice to meet you all.

Bob: It's a pleasure, Remy. But let's cut the small talk, if you don't mind. We came to ask if you could repair our ship's engine. You see, we really need to get to Ghyar.

Remy: Well gee, I kinda shot you down so you'd stay away from there. I'd love to help, but I'd be putting the town at major risk. But then again...

Bob: Yes?

Remy: I've always wanted to take a look at the power source that's supposedly keeping the island afloat. I think it could make a wonderful energy source for a new model of airship I'm currently developing. *sigh* If only there was a way to get it without the island falling and destroying our town.

Lilia: Ah...isn't there something we can do, guys?

ILS: Uhm...couldn't we just, you know, move the island?

Zeldafan: And just how would we do that, ILS? It's not like we have superpowers.

Tobi: Tobi wants laser eyes like Superman! Why can't my eyes do things!?

Zeldafan: Tobi, your hax eyes can bend reality to your will. What gives?

Tobi: Oh yeah...

Bob: Actually, ILS' idea isn't as farfetched as it sounds.

Blue: Is that so?

Bob: Oh yes. I'm fairly certain that I can cook up something to help us out. Just leave it to me.

Remy: Can you, really? That's great!

Bob: Perhaps, but we need to get to Ghyar first.

Remy: Oh, but...but I--

Lilia: Aw, please, Remy? We really need your help.

Remy: Okay, alright. Take me to your ship and I'll see what I can do.

*Remy follows Blue and the others back to the airship*

Remy: Ah, is that all? This'll be a snap!

Blue: Really?

Remy: Yeah, I'll have it fixed up in no time! Just wait here.

*Remy repairs the airship's damaged engine. It's fully operational once again*

Remy: Phew! There! That should do it.

Blue: Heh, you're the best, Remy. Thanks a bunch.

Remy: No problem. Just make sure you hold up your end of the bargain.

Blue: Don't worry. We'll see to it that nothing happens to the town. Let's head out, everyone.

*The group boards the airship and prepares to take off*

Blue: Take us up, Tobi!

Tobi: You got it, Blue!

*The ship's propellers begin to rotate. Tobi pulls the handle downward and the airship takes to the sky*

*The airship ascends higher and higher into the sky, until it is beyond the clouds. Tobi docks the ship at the edge of the island, the group departs*

Blue: So, this is it, huh? Looks pretty mysterious.

Lilia: It's awfully hard to see up here. Kinda hard to breathe too...

Bob: Well, we are at a very high altitude. The distribution of oxygen up here is pretty thin. But, we should be fine regardless.

Blue: Yeah, just try to stay calm. And watch your step. We wouldn't want anyone falling over the edge by accident.

Lilia: Eep! You just had to say it, didn't you, Blue!?

Mizuna: What are we still standing around for!? That Dimen-whatever isn't going to get itself, you know.

Blue: Okay, we'll go. ...But you're staying on the ship, Mizuna.

Mizuna: What!? Why!?

Zeldafan: Well, we don't know what kind of dangers lie ahead, so we all thought it'd be best if you uhm...stay behind and wait for us.

Mizuna: Ah! No fair! I'm just as capable as any of you guys! Tell em, Bob! Tobi!

Tobi: Erm...*scratches head*

Bob: *whistles*

Mizuna: Lilia? ILS?

Lilia: Uhm...

ILS: Sorry, babe...

Mizuna: No way! Why did you even let me come along if you're just going to make me stay behind!?

Blue: Sorry, Mizuna, but it's for your own safety. Now let's go, everyone.

*Blue and the others continue on into the ancient city, leaving Mizuna at the airship*

Mizuna: Hey! This is no way to treat a Princess! I demand you take me along immediately! ....Guys? Come back! Ooh...

*The group enters the city of Ghyar. Beyond its gates they find the city completely abandoned and in ruins*

Blue: It's been...devastated...

Lilia: Wow, I wonder what happened here.

Bob: There's only two possibilities. Either the people here left for another homeland, or...they were all destroyed.

ILS: Makes you wonder why they came up here in the first place.

Zeldafan: Maybe they were trying to escape something...

Tobi: Or maybe they were trying to horde all the pudding for themselves. Selfish selfish people.

Zeldafan: Okay Tobi, you're no longer allowed to speak...

Blue: Well, there's no way of finding out now.

Bob: Blue's right. The fate of this city and its people is none of our concern anyhow. What matters is the Dimension Key.

Blue: What do your readings indicate, Bob?

Bob: Hmm, just a little further north of here. If it really is what's keeping this island afloat, it shouldn't be too hard to locate.

Blue: Okay, let's go.

*The group continues traveling through the dilapidated city. Meanwhile, back at the airship*

Mizuna: Oooh, I'm sick of waiting around! That's it! I'll show them that they can't just leave me behind. I'll follow them anyway!

*Mizuna leaves the ship and follows after the rest of the group*

*The group arrives at a large building at the north end of the city*

Blue: This looks like the place. Let's head in.

*Just then, Lilia spots a dark figure speeding by behind them*

Lilia: Aaah!!

Blue: Lilia, what's wrong!?

Lilia: Behind us! There was somebody there!

ILS: Lilia, are your panties on too tight? There's nobody behind us.

Lilia: Shut up, ILS! I know I saw somebody! I swear!

Tobi: Do you think maybe she saw a...ghost!?

Zeldafan: A *gulp* g-g-g-ghost?

Blue: Oh come on. Don't be silly. There's no such thing as ghosts.

Bob: Not necessarily, Blue. There's scientific proof that the supernatural does indeed exist.

Blue: Not you too, Bob. There's no such thing as ghosts!! Now let's go!

*Lilia and Zeldafan cling to Blue's waist*

Blue: Okay, we're not doing the clinging thing...

Lilia/Zeldafan: Sorry...

*The group continues into the building, but they soon find that there's nothing waiting for them inside*

Blue: Huh? It's empty? What's the big deal?

Bob: Hmm, the signal is at its strongest, so it must be here somewhere.

Lilia: Maybe there's another room that we haven't found yet.

Blue: I suppose. Let's keep looking.

*The group searches the building for any passageways they may have missed*

Tobi: *yawns* Tobi's so tired. Maybe I'll just lean on this here statue and...

*Tobi rests his arm on the statue and accidentally pushes it over*

Tobi: Whoa! *thud* Oof! Why you wily statue! Tobi will...*shakes fist* Huh?

*Tobi finds that the statue was covering up a passageway leading to a lower level of the building*

Tobi: Hey guys! Come over here! I think I found something!

*The group hurries over to Tobi's location*

Zeldafan: What'd you find, Tobi?

Tobi: Lookie here! Tobi found a secret!

Bob: Nice work, Tobi. This may be just what we're looking for.

Blue: Alright, let's go down.

Tobi: B-but isn't Tobi a goo--

Blue: Not now.

Tobi: Aww....

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Meanwhile, Mizuna is exploring through the City on her own*

Mizuna: Oh man, this place is so desolate and creepy. *gulp* Maybe I should've stayed at the ship. ....No! I'm going to prove to them that I'm strong and capable too!

*Mizuna spots the same figure that Lilia saw creeping into the northern building*

Mizuna: Hey, what is that thing? Could it be a g-g-ghost!? Aaaaah! Wait, that's silly. Pull yourself together, Mizuna. There's no such thing as ghosts. Well, whatever that thing is, it's starting to make a believer out of me...

*Mizuna continues on through the City. Meanwhile, Blue and the others have entered the lower area of the building. There they find the Dimension Key attached to a peculiar mechanical contraption*

Blue: Alright, we found it! The last Dimension Key!

Lilia: But what's it hooked up to?

Bob: If I had to make a guess, I'd say that odd machine is harnessing the Dimension Key's energy to keep this island airborne.

Blue: Well then, I'll go get it.

*Blue reaches out to grab the Key when it begins to emit a blindening light*

Blue: Ergh...not again...

ILS: Oh no, this isn't what I think it is, is it?

Bob: Be on your guard, everyone.

*The group backs away and prepares to fight. A large wolf like creature emerges from the light as it fades away*

??: I am Topaz Lycanth, one of the four crystal beasts.

Blue: Yeah, we got the memo the first three times. Let's just get on with it already.

Lycanth: Hmph. Since you're so eager to die, I'll be happy to accomodate you!

*Lycanth prepares to pounce on the group when he is halted by a voice*

??: That won't be necessary, Lycanth.

Blue: Ah, who--

*The group turns around to see Leadan standing behind them*

Lilia: Aah!

Zeldafan: Hey, it's the dude from the inn!

Bob: Leadan...

Leadan: You are dismissed, Lycanth. I will handle this.

Lycanth: Yes, Master.

*Lycanth disappears, leaving Leadan alone to face the group*

Leadan: Well well, if it isn't Blue and friends. I see you've come a long way since our lasting meeting.

Blue: Stay out of our way, Leadan. You're not going to stop us from saving Earth.

Leadan: Save Earth? No, you've got it all wrong. It is I who is trying to save Earth. You only want to destroy the perfect world we've strived to create.

Lilia: Perfect world? You've gotta be kidding. This is all just a poor attempt at hiding from the past.

Leadan: No, that isn't true. I..we just--We just wanted to correct our mistakes. To start all over. If you can't accept our way, then you'll just have to die!

Blue: Leadan, stop! We don't have to fight!

Bob: It's no use, Blue. He's nothing more than a pawn to be used at her disposal. We have no choice but to defeat him.

Blue: Okay! Let's do it, guys!

Leadan: This is the last time you've stood in our way. Your journey ends here!

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Leadan's body begins to glow with a golden energy*

Leadan: No holding back this time. Huah!!

*Leadan fires a golden beam of light at the group*

Bob: Here I go. Summon: Carbuncle! Bathe us in your ruby light!

*Carbuncle appears and shine its light upon the group, forming a protective barrier that reflects Leadan's beam back at him*

Leadan: What!? Gyah!

*The beam hits Leadan, knocking him back slightly*

Leadan: Not bad...

Bob: Now, go for it!

*Everyone except Blue and Bob charges at Leadan with weapons drawn. They continuously attack him, but he dodges their every attempt*

Lilia: Ha!

ILS: Hyah!

Zeldafan: Take this!

Tobi: Mmph!

Leadan: (Too many attacks coming at once. I have to protect myself...)

*Leadan covers his arms in a golden aura. He begins to use them as a means of both defense and offense, blocking the groups attacks and fighting back*

Leadan: It's my turn now.

*Leadan quickly outspreads his arms, pushing the group back*

ILS: Man, this guy is tough.

Lilia: We can't back down now. We have to keep fighting!

*The group goes back in for another attempt. Lilia strikes first, but she is swiftly elbowed by Leadan before she can get off her attack*

Lilia: Aaagh!!

*Leadan then takes Lilia's body and tosses her into Zeldafan*

Zeldafan: Huh? Uaagh!!

ILS: Lilia! Rrrr, you're gonna pay for that! Ha!

*ILS slashes from overhead, but Leadan grabs hold of his wrist mid attack*

ILS: You forgot about my other sword! Hyah!

*ILS slashes from the side with his other sword, but Leadan realizes this and grabs hold of ILS' other wrist, leaving him defenseless*

Leadan: Hmph.

ILS: Hah, you may've gotten me, but now your hands are tied! Get him, Tobi!

Leadan: Ah!!

*Tobi appears behind Leadan and attempts to slash him from behind with his kunai. Leadan quickly takes control and turns around with ILS, using his body as a shield*

Tobi: Guh!!

*Tobi halts his attack just in time. Leadan then pushes ILS into Tobi and fires a golden beam at them both*

ILS/Tobi: Guuuaaggh!!

Blue: Damnit. Are we still not strong enough to beat him...?

Bob: Don't give up now, Blue. This fight isn't over yet.

*Meanwhile, Mizuna, in her search for Blue and the others, has entered the northern building*

Mizuna: Hmm, this is the only place I haven't looked, so they have to be in here.

*Mizuna hears light sounds of the struggle below*

Mizuna: Hey, what's that noise? It sounds like...fighting? *gasp* Could Blue and the others be in trouble? Hang on, guys! I'm coming!

[BlueAnnihilator]

*Bob looks around to see the others on the ground, unable to move*

Bob: They're in no shape to fight. It looks like we're on our own, Blue.

Blue: Agh, Bob. Can't you summon another creature to back me up?

Bob: Hrmm, this place is much too confined for me to summon one of my more powerful creatures.

Blue: What do you mean?

Bob: Look where we are. The very structure keeping this island afloat is in this room. If that were to get damaged somehow, the island would plummet to Earth with us still inside it.

Blue: Good point.

Bob: Don't worry. I'll just have to improvise. Summon: Cactaur! Attack him with your prickliness!

Blue: Wha--*rubs head*

*Cactaur appears and begins showering Leadan in thousands of stingy needles, but it has little effect*

Leadan: Argh, you pest! Begone!

*Leadan fires a small bolt at Cactaur. He falls and reverts back to mana*

Blue: Bob...

Bob: Uhm, okay okay! How about...this!? Summon: Tonberry! Poke him with your deadly kitchen knife!

*Tonberry appears and inches towards Leadan....very slowly*

Blue: *sweatdrop*

*After minutes of waiting, Tonberry finally approaches Leadan*

Leadan: Oh yeah? What are you gonna do?

*Tonberry lightly jabs Leadan's leg*

Leadan: Aaagh! Why you...!!

*Leadan punts Tonberry far away. He falls and reverts back to mana*

Leadan: Enough of these gam--aah!

*A stream of fire comes heading straight for Leadan. He dodges, but his arm is damaged by the attack*

Blue: Hah...

Leadan: Grr, I've had just about enough of you!

*Leadan charges at Blue*

Blue: Augh!

*Leadan grabs Blue by the neck and lifts him into the air*

Blue: Aaagh!!

Bob: Blue!

Leadan: I'm going to finish you off once and for all!!

*Leadan charges energy in his hand, preparing to deal the finishing blow*

Bob: (No! We're out of time. If only...)

Leadan: It's over now! Goodbye, Blue!

*Leadan prepares to attack, but the energy fades when his hand is hit by a chakram*

Leadan: Aagh! What!? Who--

Mizuna: Get your hands off my friend!!

Blue: M-Mizuna...

Bob: (So, she made it afterall...)
