For a while now, I've been thinking about a story for the RP here. Like an arc if you'd call it that.
Trouble is... I just don't know if I should make a topic for it... I've got a plot planned out and all, and I'd like to post it, but based on what I've seen... I'm just a little nervous.
There are various problems with me posting this arc... both stupid reasons and justified reasons...
I just don't know... I want to, but I'm just nervous...

What're the problems?
...I been thinking of a story, too, albeit a backstory for my current five.

Yeah ILS, tell us a little about it.
I assume this would be a "story arc" topic like Gar's?

There are a few... 1: I don't want to overshadow other topics. This one should speak for itself. I mean, I doubt I could overshadow the big topics like the dojo and mansion, but some of the smaller topics... I don't want to **** people off. 2: Deciding how many people should be in it. I want to give every RP'er in the arc at least ONE role in the plot. Trouble is, if a lot of people come (Some people's characters, I don't know, so it's even harder) there will be so many characters, it'll be impossible. So some people will not get any role, they'll be pissed and hate me. On the other hand, if I only let in a few select people, people will be pissed as well. So I'm stuck in a dilemma... THose are the two largest problems I have. Yeah ILS, tell us a little about it.

Yes, except it won't focus on my charactesr. Of course my characters will have SORT of a leading role, but it won't explore anything about my characters. It'll just be... a normal arc.

The two most important things I can say are:
Leave no-one out. Use the Info. topic and send a PM to all of them. Their choice on whether to join or not.
I'd really like to travel around a bit more. The dojo and mansion are nice, but get a bit samey after a while. I'll help here if you want.
Oh, and I think we should actively try and involve any and all newcomers.

*nods head* Hawk has a good idea there.
If you need me too, I can easily only use two or three characters. Heck, I'll only use Michal if you want me to.

I already was going to travel, so no worries there.
And I feel like I'm pressuring them by PM'ing them... or begging them... but that's just me. I don't want to sound desperate.
And as I said, I want to give every RP'er at least one important role. But with some of the newcomers, I don't know any of their characters much, so I'm not sure what role I could possibly give them. Sure, I could read the info topic and get the shallow details of the character there, but I need to REALLY feel a character in order to give a fitting role...
And I was going to limit everyone to two characters or something.... I'll be using more obviously. But I want to limit characters...

Two characters is a decent number.
David's characters are a team, so that might be a bit harder.
I was just suggesting PM's as a means to facilitate a goal. Although I'd like to open the TIA board up to more newcomers. I feel like we've been unintentionally been excluding some of the newer members.

I think part of the problem is that the dojo has so many posts, so that new users are a bit intimidated by it, and don't think they can just jump in.

I usually post with them... Most of the time at least. There are sometimes wher I'm using a ton of characters where I just can't pull myself together...
I want to do this, but I'm not sure if I should, which is the main problem.

Wait for David to have a look, see what he thinks.

Character-limiting is a good idea. And David was willing to only use three of his character for my (possibly upcoming) Bleach-themed arc, so he might be okay with it. Just don't leave him out...

Alrght... I'm going to involve everyone if I do it. Just... a character cap of two characters... I realize I'm not gonna get out of this without pissing someone off... You got a blurb for this?
....Blurb?
