IMO, Ichigo getting his powers back would be one huge asspull, even by Kubo's standards.
I think either the series will end after Aizen's defeat, or a new storyline with a new central protagonist will start.

I really don't see how you can look at these three options: Bleach ends Bleach gets a new protagonist Kubo does an asspull and see the first two as the more likely ones. |

Okay then, I'll rephrase that. I'm hoping the series will end after Aizen's defeat, or a new storyline with a new central protagonist will start. I wouldn't really mind the series continuing with Ichigo, but I can't think of a way he could get his powers back that wouldn't seem just plain stupid, so I'm hoping Kubo doesn't go down that route.

There's a high chance bleach doesnt end here. If it was planned to end at this point, Kubo wouldn't have had to hit fast forward so much. He would have taken his time as he always does, and revealed way more abilities.

I'm glad Kisuke did turn out to have a role in Aizen's defeat. I mean, given how badly he was screwed over in Turn Back the Pendulum. Y'know, in addition to Kisuke being possibly my favourite character.
Does this count as an asspull, though? 'Cause if so, I think I can live with it.

Kind of, yeah.
I'm totally **** betting that this isn't the end of Aizen though. If you really want somebody gone in this kind of story, you sure as hell don't just seal them.
