Kenpachi is one of the most enjoyable, I agree. And surprisingly, I like Ulquiorra too.

Actually, Kubo is just as bad as Kishimoto.

Have you noticed the similarities between Hueco Mundo and Soul Society? Yeah, "Let's break in and rescue my friend!" Both of which SHOULD be able to hold their own in a fight (one of which is excusable, since she was dealing with her superiors), but Orihime should be able to pick up and fight when she really needs to, Considering she has the most broken power in the whole manga/anime.

The battles aren't really that well written. Here's how it usually goes:
Bad guy beats up Good guy. Good guy attacks maybe a couple times, but it fails.
Good guy gets beat up past what anyone should live through, gets up and powers up, then beats the guy.

Plus, Zanpakuto's are far too limited. With 2 releases each, Kubo severely limited the growth his characters can have (Except for Uryu and Chad, who's limits to their powers are undefined). And power ups like "I found my resolve!" are dumb. You should have had it the first place, dummy.

I love how in the fight against that arrancar, and kenpachi was losing, all he did was use both hands on his sword, and he kicked his ass XDDD

Also, the captains coming to save the main characters was stupid. They beat them all, so why can they beat someone they couldn't? Especially when they didn't have any discernible power-up.

That's not strictly true. There are a lot of things you have to bear in mind before making statements like that.

And just because you didn't see it, doesn't mean the captains hadn't gotten stronger between now and the Soul Society arc.

Meh, I disagree. I mean, look at the recent Naruto manga.

All he freaking does is focus on Sasuke. It's like he doesn't even focus on the freaking title character anymore. Kishimoto just sucks now. >_>

Regardless, Nobody showed off any new abilities past what they had before they went there. Kenpachi just used something he learned a while back at the request of his superior. Renji should be nearly the same level as Ichigo, and with Uryu, they should be stronger than Ichigo. And they couldn't beat the number 8 guy? While Ichigo beat the number six guy by himself? The power levels are out of whack.

Of course Ichigo IS the main character... but Renji is the main character's friendly rival, who SHOULD be equal or around the same strength. (Of course, this makes Renji viable for a captain position, which I think he would be fine at. Why haven't they promoted him?)

One small fix, but I agree. Kishimoto is creative, at the very least.
