Kenpachi was probably holding back a lot in his fight with Ichigo, right? I mean, supposedly Ichigo beat him without going Bankai, but that doesn't make sense if Kenpachi was going all out. It'd take Ichigo to go into his Vizard form to fight on par with Grimmjow (and eventually beating him). But Kenpachi fought Nnoitra who is a higher level than Grimmjow and beat him.
That crazy Kenpachi of ours. Always fighting on different levels. >_>
