Not until they can find a way back out of Hueco Mundo. Which means we'll probably have to wait for Yammy to be defeated first. Still, if Kisuke can find a way to open Garganta, I'm pretty sure Mayuri can. But okay, bringing back Halibel and Barragan is one thing, but bringing them back completely unharmed? Especially Barragan with his hax abilities... Well, let's just say I now don't like Wonderweiss. Not with a hole in one's chest and a shot shoulder on the other...
