On a more interesting front, we now know Isshin's zanpakuto's name, and that zanpakuto spirits don't have the same appearance in sealed/Shikai form and Bankai form.

It's not too much of a difference, but it's very noticeable. Tensa Zangetsu basically seems to be a younger Zangetsu without the sunglasses and stubble. And holding the Bankai sword instead of the Shikai one.
And Isshin's zanpakuto is called Engetsu, or something similar.
