It's more than just the 8-bit, but honestly, we wait like a decade for a new original series game only to end up with something they could've done in 10 seconds. What a gyp.
Making a "sequel" that could only possibly appeal to rabid fanboys is a terrible cop out.

Any possible addition to the original series would only come across as appeal to old fans. You're saying that you wanted them to make a new game in the original series but at the same time make it different, in which case they would have either made a new series or added to a current one instead going back to the original one. Your complaints don't make any sense. |
