One thing you should make sure of....be careful of magnetic characters. They could easily rip up the whole fortress....and you can't make it out of rock either because that's worse....then I could use earth powers to simply lift it up and throw it into the air.

Hmm...maybe one of your forts abilities could be "Weapon Generation". You know, it generates its own weapons? That way, you can have a crap load of weapons in it.
Or one of its weapons could be a "Weapons Factory".

Shoot, Metal-Kinesis + Technopathy will take care of all your trap, weaponry, security and minion needs for you. Those two abilities will also make sure that no wise ass metal/tech users would annihilate you. And say your character is naturally Adamantium, so people can't just blow you to hell.
I recommend converting those into your weapons somehow though. Or as you said, turn it into a weapons based character.
I recommend Illusion Casting for some interesting rooms. Gravity Manipulation would work well also. Elasticity for the occasional kicks (Walk down a corridor and it looks like the door is getting farther and farther away), but I suppose that could be accomplished with Metal-kinesis. Maybe pick up Dimensional Manipulation so you could portal the other player around a bit.
Goddamn Judgment, I so want this character now...

My old Judgment character, what if I said I wanted to keep him? Then when I got him, I just completley...Er...redesigned him into this fort...Could I do that?

I'm okay with it. You'd have to clear it with Doc too though, and you know how he feels about carrying characters over.
