Whatever those are, they can't be good...
*Aura suddenly stops in midair, and the wings fly off of her shoulders, turn into a ball, vaporize all of the chains and catch her before she hits the ground*
*The holy wings reabsorb into her staff as she hits the ground, far from the darkened area*

(they were vespoids, but since you can't fly anyway, bugs will suffice) *the instant Slaughter gives to command to attack the vespoids he suddenly feels sharp pain in both his feet then his body goes Numb, for 5 paralyzer knives (standard #) had just been forced through his feet at light speed*
Oorta: Well that'll hold you for a turn or so...
*upon saying this Two Large chainsaw blades appear in the sand about 30 feet apart then converge on slaughter's body at high speed*

*Oorta Jumps out from the sand and burries Schneider's blades into Slaughter's chest*

*uses the chains to slam Aura into the Black Zone*
