*Ann is knocked over after hitting Raijin, and the pillar stops moving*
Ann: Crud... This guy's too much...
*Ann shoots flames at the incoming hair*

*Raijin retracts the hair quickly*

Raijin: Soru!

*Raijin runs even closer to Ann and tries once again to ensnare her feet in his hair*

[Fuuka Yamagishi]

*Ann stands up, and continues to shoot fire at him*

[Judgment Angel Zero]

*retracts hair and steps away from the fire*

Raijin: Have it your way...Shigan.

*Raijin begins shooting many finger bullets at Ann*

*Ann dives around to the underside of the bridge-pillar, then begins running towards the outside wall*

*As Ann is running, Raijin jumps high into the air with Geppou*

Raijin: Rankyaku...

*Raijin begins spinning his staff for momentum and soon he is spinning fast as a tornado. He throws his staff into the air as he is spinning and lands on one hand, contuing to spin*

Raijin: Amanedachi!

*Raijin stops, and a large circular shockwave spreads across the stadium*

[Fuuka Yamagishi]

*Ann dives, the bridge crumbles, and Ann falls onto the water, but keeps running on the water*
Ann: Got to think of something...
*Ann turns around and shoots a lot of rocks at Raijin*

[Judgment Angel Zero]

Raijin: Tekkai.

*the rocks do no damage*

*Raijin glances at the audience*

Raijin: Tell me girl...Do you value human lives?

*Raijin jumps into the audience and nabs a little girl*

Raijin: If....I were to, say, kill this human child in a torturous way...Would you come at me with full force, with rage in your heart?

*The girl is held in the air by Raijin's hair as he jumps back to the field. Raijin holds each of her limbs in his hair and holds his fist to her stomach*

Raijin: Sai Dai Rin....

[Fuuka Yamagishi]

Ann: Yes, I would...
*Turns around and runs at blinding speed towards Raijin*
Ann: IF YOU EVEN HURT ANYONE, I'LL KILL YOU MYSELF!
*Jumps up, and pulls a spear with a  wooden handle out and stabs at Raijin*

Raijin: YAHAHAHA! Soru!

*Raijin quickly switches places with the girl, putting her in front of Ann's attack.*

[Fuuka Yamagishi]

Ann: Crap...
*a massive air blast propels Ann backwards, stopping just short of hitting the girl*
Ann: ...
*Ann throws the spear away, takes a fighting stance, then jumps at Raijin, punching with a fist covered in fire*

[Judgment Angel Zero]

*Raijin tosses the girl aside and ducks right under the punch, move right under Ann and behind her. Raijin gives another try at grabbing her feet with his hair as she is landing*

[Fuuka Yamagishi]

*The flame disappears on her hands, then two swords come out of her palms, and attempt to stab Raijin in the back*

[Judgment Angel Zero]

*Raijin phases right through the attack with help from the logia fruit. This gives Ann a nasty shock as he whips out his hair at her legs still*
