*Raijin tilts his body so that his legs face Ann as he's spinning*

Raijin: AMANEDACHI!

*A circular beam of sharp energy flies in the direction of Ann, (who is rushing at me)

*Is hit, and cut across the chest, but manages to stay on course for one last-ditch attack*
Ann:AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
*Shoots a rock spike with a piece of scroll that has an electricity seal on it at extremely high speed towards Raijin, then fires all ten chains towards him*

*Raijin sets out his fists*

Raijin: TEKKAI UTSUGI!

*Raijin puffs up his chest and turns his body hard as steel, bracing himself for impact with the Earth Spike*

[Fuuka Yamagishi]

*The spike bounces off Raijin and the piece of scroll floats nearby*
Ann: AND NOW!
*Ann wraps the chains around Raijin with one of the chains holding the piece of scroll up against him, The chains burst into flames in a pheonix shape*
Ann: THIS IS MY RAGE!
*Ann swings Raijin around aiming for the water, with necessary assistance from bursts of air from her arms*

Raijin: *seeing the chains* Hmmm...

*The chains phase through Raijin, as he activates the power of his logia fruit.*

Raijin: *jumping away from the chains* Your rage has me shaking in my boots. Yahahah! Soru!

*Raijin appears in front of Ann, fists out.*

Raijin: ROKUOUGAN!

*Does rokuougan.*

[Gaffit]

*W.A.R. limps into the topic completely covered in bandages*

*Eats some popcorn while watching the fight*

Ann: ..?? ...I thought the seal would...
*Is blasted to the ground in front of the stands, unconscious*

The seal was attached to the rock from what I read. And that shattered when it hit my body. Anyway, when phasing, Raijin is in a state that is both solid and electrical. (The electrical being the part that is phasing.) Elevtricity would have closed the gap fast enough to recover once the chains are through.

*Raijin pokes Ann with his stick cautiously*

There was a piece of paper attached to the rock, and the idea was that even if the rock broke, I could still push it against him with the chains, and make it absorb all the electricity he could try to use.

Ann: *still unconscious*

Wouldn't the flimsy piece of paper breeze right through the chains though?

I wouldn't think it would... the chains are fast and Ann's pretty good with them...

Ann: *Wakes up and sits up, still dizzy*
