Vader is has loads of armor to make him look fat. Scourge has an oval body.

Vader duels and destroys planets daily. Scourge kills without hesitation.

Vader has millions of crew members, including Stormtroopers and random humans.. Scourge has a cool posse. He will ditch them, if the time arises for him to do so, to get something he wants.
