You can leave a skill card next to the Inari Sushi at the Shrine for 5 days, and you will be able to receive two of them after that time period.

First full moon event complete. You gain access to follow-up attacks like from P4 after it which is pretty cool.
The event where Junpei runs off plays out the same way, but before the missions he whines about you being selected as the leader despite him being the only man in the group and Mitsuru gets all up in his **** over it so expect that to be a recurring thing.
