Someone on Wikipedia swapped Mela Lee's credit as Fuuka to someone named Paula Tiso, who voiced Lulu from FFX. Both have inappropriate, if not offensive, cadence in all of their roles, so it's plausible that either one could actually be the correct VA. What's your opinion?

Probably Mela Lee.

Yeah. I have to say, Paula Tiso's roles as Jeane and Lulu sound too natural for someone who would go on to voice Fuuka. Mela Lee sounds unnatural as everything, including as Rin Tohsaka.
For some odd reason, this has created some amount of confusion on TVTropes, which has Paula Tiso listed as Fuukas VA on the Persona 3 character page, and yet attributes the role to Mela Lee on her page. lolfail

besides, lulu's voice was in an entirely different octave anyways

Yeah, but one gets the idea that Fuuka sounds horrible due to inexperience with that character type. Mela Lee voices tsunderes and Paula Tiso voices mature women; there's room for both of them to **** up while trying something different.

It has come to my attention that the Karate Kid NES game was developed by Atlus. Not technically topical but, uh, yeah.
Also I started a P3P run on Maniac mode and I'm already losing to the second Tartarus boss. Playing as Minato for the first time on P3P and notably all the tracks are as they are in the PS2 version, which I was expecting for most tracks but I was really hoping the Tartarus boss music was still Danger Zone.

While the FeMC's battle theme is undeniably better that Mass Destruction, Master of Tartarus was so much better than its FeMC substitute. Like, a million times better; several years later, I still randomly get Master of Tartarus stuck in my head.
Also, I never said this, but I lost twice to the Dancing Hands on Hard when we were playing this. I kept missing Bash, they kept getting One More! chances, and I got raped. So yeah, Hell Knights and Change Relic are lol in P3P, and the Dancing Hands battle is the hardest encounter in the game. >_>
You've probably beaten them already, but if you haven't, disband your party and level grind with Minato. Being able to hit with Bash literally makes all of the difference in that fight.

I'm sort of surprised though, its not like anything Atlus releases is really profitable aside from Persona, and Catherine has the benefit of being linked to Persona as a means to boost sales.

Quite a few people believe that this is some sort of trick based on the background color of that image and those details that you just posted. Whenever I look at it, I keep wondering if it's a reference to the actual game; I really don't think the image is a sign of genuine concern just based on how simple it is.
