Basically run down this hallway only using a handgun and shooting those assfuck cockroaches and going back to the room I thought was a bit of a "safe house" (since there were no enemies) and using a shotgun to blow the newly spawned enemies to **** smithereens.
But now I have an extra health thing, and it's more powerful, so yeah.
