question: why do we need global mods anymore? the site attendance has dwindled down to a trickle recently and the admins are on more frequently. it just seem repetitive to have admins and global mods...

Because it would be terribly rude to just bump them down. We're not going to be promoting any new ones, but I don't think we'll be demoting any current ones. There's no reason, and it's not harming anyone. |

A: Go suggest it in the "Site Rules & FAQs" board. Check if the topic is there already. If not, suggest it. Know that board is taken seriously, so don't suggest anything ridiculous.
