Trigun, Cowboy Bebop, Yu Yu Hakusho, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, G Gundam and Black Lagoon all have fantastic dubs.
I always watch dubs if I can. It's not because of the voices. Voices never bother me. I usually ask people about watching the dub or sub in case the dub was heavily edited or something.
