Will be starting episode 18 soon. I think I'll just finish Samurai Champloo tonight.

The ending was priceless. No one even died, yet it still managed to be more badass than a lot of the episodes previous.
NOW FOR ELEGY OF ENTRAPMENT

Once I watch Elegy of Entrapment in Japanese, could I just go back to the dub? Or are there any more scenes made more badass in Japanese?

You can go back to it. Everything besides that one part is essentially the same. That fake Christian bastard was incredibly despicable.
Very much so, now that I look back.

By the way, what was the scene you were talking about? I want to compare it back to the English dub and see how the dub did it.

Spoilers When I watch this show, I always imagine Jin and Mugen to be unbeatable (which in essence, they are, considering how in every episode up until now they've been slaughtering everyone), but seeing Jin losing to the blind girl was something else. End

It's at the very end of Verse 1; in the Japanese dub, there's that echo-y affect on his voice (meaning that it's a thought) when he says "How can this be? Can she really see my moves?" then Sara says, out loud: "It's not my eyes that see them," which reinforces what she said about being able to see people's aura. In the English dub, he says that first line out loud. Not a huge deal, but when I watched it in English first and then noticed the difference, I thought it was much more awesome to suggest that Sara can read minds on top of slice through stone/stop the rain. Spoilers When I watch this show, I always imagine Jin and Mugen to be unbeatable (which in essence, they are, considering how in every episode up until now they've been slaughtering everyone), but seeing Jin losing to the blind girl was something else. End
Just wait. Arguably no one up until now, or afte, has been a bigger threat for them.

1. You don't actually need to say spoilers. Just the tiny text is enough. 2. That's most likely because of three things. The first is that Jin is obviously representative of Miyamoto Musashi in at least a few ways. Since Musashi's most famous loss was to a man with a spear, they used it. Second, it's fairly obvious that both Jin and Mugen liked her, and she obviously caught him off-guard by attacking. The third is, of course, disability superpowers.

Except that one guy who totally hand them their asses, and the crazy brother trio.

Though before I haven't put spoiler tags (check the recent posts in the FMA topic if you want to see >_>), but it doesn't really matter. Spoiler tag just to ignore Salty even though it isn't really a spoiler to begin with. MUGEN GOT OWNED.End.
