Floyd is the devil.
I SERIOUSLY DREAMT OF FLOYD BEING A KILLER CYBORG WHO RAN 10 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY NORMAL HUMAN, AND THEN KILLED MM, TURNED FEMALE, WENT AFTER ME, AND I DROPPED FROM THE SKYSCRAPER! IT HURTED, BUT I AWAKE CALMLY, THINKING I WOULDN'T SEE YOU AGAIN.

After a little while, CPU Abel gets predictable and you can easily grab him out of his little roll. However, command grabs seem to be the norm online.

So is Bison top-tier for now, like how he is in CvS2?

I wouldn't know. I just can't deal with the guy, but I'm just kinda bad for now.
However, I get the sneaking suspicion that the norm online will soon consist of lots of Abels and Zangeifs using command throws on people who are about to get up, then repeating ad infinitum.
I still think Sagat's going to be pretty high, though.

I read somewhere that the way to escape it is to do a backdash or jump as soon as you get up, since you get invincibility frames.
