I don't know why, but I'm addicted to this song right now.

I SERIOUSLY DREAMT OF FLOYD BEING A KILLER CYBORG WHO RAN 10 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY NORMAL HUMAN, AND THEN KILLED MM, TURNED FEMALE, WENT AFTER ME, AND I DROPPED FROM THE SKYSCRAPER! IT HURTED, BUT I AWAKE CALMLY, THINKING I WOULDN'T SEE YOU AGAIN.

DDP was the reason I started listening to that song. <_<

DDP was the man, one of my all time favories. He was from Jersey, the Diamond Cutter is way better than the RKO, and his rivalry with Randy Savage was the ****. Plus he beat Sting, Hogan, and Ric Flair in a Four Way for the Championship.

He was my favorite WCW guy, one that wasn't originally in WWF of course.

Sting will always be my favorite, but I'd say that DDP was my favorite WCW original. Ric Flair and Vader are close though.

Ric is always an overall favorite of mine, his presence can't be beat when it comes to being a heel.

SLTS is like the most overrated Nirvana song ever imo. It's good, but nowheres close to amazing. And for that matter how did Nevermind shape the alternative rock scene for the 90s? That was their least alternative album. In Utero > Bleach > Nevermind imo

It didn't shape anything. It opened the way for the success of other bands that wouldn't have been possible without their influence. For instance, both Pearl Jam and Soundgarden released albums in 1991 before Nirvana released Nevermind, but neither of them saw much sales until Nevermind took off. If it wasn't for Nevermind, the alt rock scene would not have taken off, save for R.E.M. who already had. And I don't beleive you can overrate the song, its too influential now. Whether you like it or not is a matter of taste, but none of their songs did as much for music, and neither of them deserve to be called Nirvana's best song. Smells isn't my favorite, but its their best (there's a huge difference between the two.)
As for their albums, I fell that they felt more natural on Nevermind than In Utero. I love In Utero, but Kurt tried a bit to hard to sound dirty and less poppy just to prove stuff. Bleachw as good but it lacked Dave Grohl and there was more filler.

Well, I think we can all agree that About a Girl unplugged was the best thing Nirvana had ever done. They did such a good job on that run of it. It's practically orgasmic.

Drain You, Something in the Way, Aneurysm and Sappy are their greatest achievments.
And Where Did You Sleep Last Night eclipses everything on Unplugged for me.

Though the lyrics are everywhere, the song was one of the best of the time.
