cosprayers is still the worst thing i've ever seen, but everyone here knows how much i hate that already.
in general, i don't watch much bad anime (not that i watch much anime at all!) anymore since i exhausted all of the mercifully short stuff and don't have time to thoroughly pursue bad shows straight to finish anymore. most of the bad stuff i see these days is in anime club, like Charlotte (which i voted for), Corpse Princess, Terror in Resonance (which i voted for) and especially Black Bullet.
EDIT: oh yeah, RWBY is also amazingly bad if you count a poser-made webseries by americans as anime lol

that show was so amazingly boring and pointless. for a passion project from watanabe himself, that's pretty **** disappointing

I liked the first few episodes. It felt like it was going somewhere, but Five kind of ruined it, and the show felt like it started to meander towards nothing. Good soundtrack though. I'm always impressed with how versatile Yoko Kanno is.

When I saw the first episode in anime club, I instantly predicted that it was going to be a victim of Eden of the East syndrome where it's a politically-inclined anime that bases its existence around a vaguely-defined "greater question" and then utilizes intrigue as a crutch to keep the series aimlessly ambling onward until it hurriedly and unsatisfactorily answers that question in the end because nobody actually had the answer from the start and because the subject material was too ambitious for anyone in the staff to control. For my part, I still voted for it because Watanabe and stuff, I guess.
For the first bunch of episodes, it really did live up to that assumption -- it was as dry as a kiddie pool in the Mojave, it spent far too long trying to make the two male leads mysterious and un-relatable, and didn't budge on any substantial exposition relating to the scenario, characters or themes such that we could kinda engage the show. Kinda seemed like a recipe for disaster from the start. I mean, even Eden of the East had incremental progress early on and provided enough levity to help attach the viewer to the show such that it was actually surprising when it completely dropped the ball at the end.
And then Five came in and the themes of the show just took a 180 and suddenly it's part Death Note where our terrorist heroes try to outwit the cartoonishly evil FBI lady, part suspense drama where suddenly we're supposed to relate and sympathize with the characters who had, up to this point, been complete nonentities who seemed more rooted in allegory than anything. It really did not help that the political theme horrifically misfired at the end by way of space whale Aesop syndrome, too. Terror in Resonance didn't entirely end the way I thought it would, but it definitely turned out to be worse than I had expected. That show was pretty much completely mishandled from start to finish.
side-note: Terror in Resonance has the biggest gulf in score between my personal score and the consensus - 2 vs 8.3, a deviation of -6.3 points lol

I SERIOUSLY DREAMT OF FLOYD BEING A KILLER CYBORG WHO RAN 10 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY NORMAL HUMAN, AND THEN KILLED MM, TURNED FEMALE, WENT AFTER ME, AND I DROPPED FROM THE SKYSCRAPER! IT HURTED, BUT I AWAKE CALMLY, THINKING I WOULDN'T SEE YOU AGAIN.

since this is basically my little home here on BP and i'm kinda shy about making a gaming topic for myself, i'm just gonna co-opt this for a bit to post stupid video game stuff there's a sorter thing ( http://slimedrippings.tumblr.com/gamefaqssort) for the games up on the current gamefaqs contest. always found these things amusing, even for the sake of voting for favorite meaningless fuc king touhou characters and stuff, so I did it. here's mine, feel free to litter my topic with comments or your own lists

I did that thing the other day but felt like there were so many games I hadn't played that it wasn't a great result for me.
