Maniac's short commentary on each episode viewed so far!
Ep. 1: The diameter of Alvida's torso is about 20 times that of her legs. How the **** is she walking?
Ep. 2: Helmeppo's butt chin is the the lulziest thing ever. Almost has lulzy as Morgan's blue camo pants.
Ep. 3: Wait, didn't that Lt. die in the previous episode? I think in contrast to 4Kids aiming for the innocent young'ins, FUNimation is aiming for dem badazz teenz!
Ep. 4: That guy was both a nameless mook and in a flashback, yet he didn't expect that he'd be killed? That's about as non-genre savvy as you can get in this world.
Ep. 5: "And what just happened to me... was awesome." Dunno what I should comment on between blackface pirate, how awesome that Buggy ball was or Buggy's party.
Ep. 6: THIS IS MANLY HAIR! Also, Shushu is the most GAR character in the history of One Piece, I'm calling it now. I cried manly tears across the episode at how badass he is. The Mayor is pretty awesome, too.
Also, I was completely off. Kuro's arc ends on episode 17, and I am NOT getting that far in two days. I'll still be able to get well into it by the end of tomorrow. Also, Buggy's arc was an episode longer than I expected, which may not be too bad, but I'll probably be too tired to watch it. I'll just stop here and continue tomorrow, an episode earlier than expected.
