There need to be more female knights who actually dress in full armors, complete with body suit, greaves, tassets, and a chestplate that actually covers vital points, all of which are frequently missing.

Lacking armor? I beg to differ. Instant cool, add armor, and lots of it. Show no skin outside of potentially the face. Detracting sex appeal to actually make it plausible does not hurt a single bit.
