Costume: Similar to Neo's look in the Matrix...
Ability: Very strong telekinesis.  Can move very heavy/large objects, or very small objects.  He can use his mind to level something as big as a building, or manipulate something at the molecular level, however doing so requires a lot of concentration and wears him out.  He can also use his ability to move himself through the air, granting him flight.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral.  He acts solely out of self interest, whether on the side of good, or the side of evil.
Profile: After leaving the operation, he split from the others, wandering the country.  He shows up in Atlanta from time to time.
