-There are literally no jobs.
-the river going through Cleveland is so polluted, it periodically catches on fire
-There is nothing to do.  the only "nightlife" is sports bars.
-While the music scene used to be one of the best in the nation, it's rapidly declining.
-Did I mention that there is literally nothing to do?

on the plus side
-at least it's not Detroit.

-that is bad
-that is bad
-that is worse
-meh
-that is the worst

-well, at least there's that

Cleveland needs a new mayor.

it also needs to secede  from the rest of Ohio.  this video explains it pretty well.

Just for those concerts.

Who else has come through?

A ton of great bands.

I saw a guy wearing a Mastodon shirt today and I was like: "Cool"

As you should have.

Again, depends.

Roger Waters played an hour long set, then played all of Darkside of the Moon, and then did an encore of two songs. Alice in Chains (by some sick twist of fae) was the opener for Velvet Revolver, so they only played for about a hour (that hour was infinitely better than VRs entire set though). I'd say and hour and a half-two hours is usually the norm.

And there's also opening bands as well. I've seen Elvis Costello opening for the Police, AiC (as I've already said), and some cool bands I've never heard of before as openers, although I've also seen some horrid openers (the band before Alice in Chains and VR takes the cake for the worst).

Did he play stuff off of his solo record?  Waters.

I saw him live at Summerfest a while ago.  He didn't then.

Elvis Costello?  Are you kidding me?
Why do so many great artists come to Philly?

That's a decent set-list.
Could do with more variety though.  Span across his career more, you know?

Well the focus was for Dark Side (it was marketed heavily as such), and I'm glad he got a good variety of Floyd era songs in (I didn't expect Mother, Sheep, or StCFtHotS).
