I'll be there for National Association of Black Journalist convention for a week in August; I'm putting this here so that I won't forget to make it when I go. We're also planning on going to Disneyworld.

Disney World is okay. Disney Land sucks ass. Universal is the best out of the three though.

I was by no means bragging about going to Disneyworld. I mentioned it because it was so out of left field that a trip to Disneyworld was included with the week-long convention.
It was with wishful thinking that someone would recognize the way I wrote it as a reference to Charlie Murphy's retelling of the game of basketball against Prince on Chappelle's Show years back:
"Then, after the game, he invited us in and served us pancakes.
Pancakes."
But, once again, I expect too much of you all. No one in particular, I swear.

I've been in Tampa for about 2 days now. We used our free ticket to Busch Gardens yesterday and it was pretty fun there. It rains every day for an hour.
The convention has actually started now and I'm currently in my second seminar for today; I don't particularly want to see LeBron James, so I'm not attending the one he's going to be at.

The seminars have been pretty eye-opening so far. Particularly what Victor Hernandez of addressed in relation to convergence and family.
Also went to some clubs in Ybor city...the first one was a joke. The second, people were actually dancing, yet it's only fun for a limited amount of time. The high-light was stuffing a dollar bill between a dancer's **** and seeing that same girl make out with another. More parties tonight.
