My only regret about that series is that I never got to see what happened to my favorite character Perrin and Matt. But the book always deviated from those two, showing either Rand, the Aes Sedai, or some new character I stopped caring about two notebooks ago when I stopped trying to keep track of things.

I don't know, I just think Jordan could have done so much more with less stuffing in his stories.
To be quite frank, I rather think a large part of the books is how all of the characters (especially the three guys) are changing in order to deal with circumstances.

Also, Perrin and Matt become more prominent in the last few books. So much so that in one, you see almost nothing of Rand.

That's good, but I think it's a bit late to jump back into the series now unfortunately. I've forgotten most of the subplots by now.

Does Perrin ever come out of the closet about his wolf problem, or is he still weird about it? I'm pretty sure I stopped at Path of Daggers by the way.

I think so...I don't really remember all of it, but I remember it focuses on Mat and Perrin a lot in the last few books...
Part 1 of the final book comes out in November, hooray

I'm pretty sure the next two after you stopped reading have very little Rand and that the 11th book is fairly even...

Anyways, you would appreciate What is the What; it is one of the most phenomenally depressing, yet equally eye-opening personal accounts I've ever read.

Lamb: The gospel according to Biff, Christ's childhood pal.
Or anything by the same author. I have some of his stuff, and it's all hilarious.

Don't read any Batman CYOAs. The one I read was ****. Batman was stuck in a phone booth being filled with poisonous gas and he could either kick the Plexiglas out or "pull himself above the gas,". I chose the kick and he got stuck and died.
