The workout today hit me the hardest.
I was starting the six hundred kicks. 'Only did one hundred, and I felt overwhelmingly dazed and nauseous. After I retained stability three minutes later, I only did one hundred more before having to quit for the day.
As my older brother and I were leaving, we deduced that the food I ate before leaving probably caused it...aside from not being used to workouts.
