There are three types of kicks performed: an inside crescent, an outside crescent, and an axe kick. Fifty are done with each leg for all three types. After a total of three hundred kicks, the next three hundred are performed by shifting between legs for each kick. I'm supposed to do the inwards and outwards over a wooden dummy since I'm new to this.

The Leopard I'm referring to has to do with Xingyiquan, one of the major Chinese martial arts.


Leopard isn't listed, but Tiger is more or less what I am referring to.

Reason I'm doing all this? Because I never actually work out. My bro suggested this, so I figured "why not?".
