Yay for getting rid of casinos, however, I think removing IVs and EVs would be the equivalent of taking Wavedash out of Brawl. It might kill the competitive level. |

How is getting rid of EVs and IVs an improvement? ;_; By returning to a place where base stats are all-important, and not having the RNG and endless amounts of time-wasting grinding and farming practically the most important part of the metagame? Getting rid of IVs and EVs.

IV training isn't difficult, it's just unneccessarily time consuming like any form of grinding.

EV training is just like any from of training.... But getting the right IV is annoying because it's pretty much luck.... You might as well try finding a shiny.... Well ok it's not that hard....

IVs are Individual Values which if I recall correctly are invisible and you can't change them.... There's a number range which can tell you if you have a good number/value or a bad one.
I hate IVs because they're random and getting a good pokémon with one is annoying when you consider you have to first work it out and there it has to have the right nature....
EVs are ones you still can't see but you can change these. Think of them as invisible experience points.... You get them from battles and each pokémon will give you 1-3 EVs in a certain stat when you get so many EVs in one stat you'll notice that stat will have gone up more than the rest when you level up.... Iron, protein and such are like the rare candies of EVs.
Oh yeah, you can only ad so many EVs and so many to each stat....
