Three days today because, in the grand scheme of things, not much was done.

Day 19
Once again Louie was placed on berry-collecting duty with 20 Whites while Olimar took 80 Blues to knock down the wall I'd found yesterday. Eventually it fell, but unfortunately I lost 5 Blues to a Yellow Wollywog just beyond it. There were also two Water Dumples in the area but they went down without much of a fight. Quite natural, really, when you're being swarmed by 75 Pikmin. Anyway, there was a small land mass connected to the wall of the Landing Site (which happened to have a small dip in it) which, according to the Treasure Gauge, had something buried on it, so I left the Blues where they were and went around to collect some Whites that were now loitering around The Ship having delivered some berries, and threw them up onto the dip on the wall. I then went back around to the other side and whistled them down onto the land mass so they could dig up the treasure just enough for it to become visible so the Blues could take over. I then threw the Whites back up onto the wall and had the Blues start carrying the treasure back to the ship, as well as the enemy corpses/pellets. Unfortunately, and I swear the direction where the black wall used to be would have been a shorter trip, they decided to carry the spoils into the drained pond and back to the Landing Site from the opposite way I'd been travelling, so I escorted them in case they crossed the path of the Toady Bloyster. Thankfully they never got close enough to get its attention, so they could safely get the Onion Replica (30 pokos) to The Ship. I also whistled for the Blues carrying the corpses/pellets to drop them once they were out of the drained lake area so I could come back later with Reds or Yellows and build up their numbers. Next I went upstream with the Blues to clear the path for tomorrow's assignment, killing some Shearwigs, another Wollywog (lost another Blue) and a pair of Dwarf Bulbears. Unfortunately by then it was too late to go back and swap out my squad for Reds/Yellows, so I just had the Blues claim the most recent kills and set Louie's Whites to carry the earlier corpses/pellets to random Onions before sunset.
BTW, as you can see below, the Onion Replica is just an onion, and it gets its name from resembling a Pikmin ship/home. But the Pikmin ships/homes are called Onions because their shape reminded Olimar of an onion. So now the original thing is being called a replica of an object that was named after the original thing. This is a very strange game sometimes...

Day 20
This time instead of just sending Louie on his way with the usual 20 Whites, I had Olimar take out 40 Blues and Yellows and go with him to take out any enemies that might have respawned near the Burgeoning Spiderworts, namely Shearwigs, Whiskerpillars and a Swooping Snitchbug that got too close. I had some Yellows take the corpses back to their Onion and left Louie and the Whites to their usual berry harvesting while Olimar retrieved the now-idle Yellows and headed upstream, killing respawned Shearwigs and Dwarf Bulbears as I went. Remember waaay back on Day 8 I mentioned a treasure behind the electric fence that was right next to the stream, ensuring no Pikmin could knock it down so I had no idea how I was going to retrieve said treasure? Of course not, even if anyone's still reading this I doubt I can hold their attention well enough for them to remember something so minor from that long ago. Anyway, now that I have Blue Pikmin I have a means of accessing the treasure. Part-way along the stream there's an unbuilt bridge on the opposite bank, so I led the Blues through the water so they could build it and enable the Yellows to cross the stream. Beyond the bridge there was another of the Perplexing Pool's many hollow tree stump structures with a section of the wall that's lower than the rest. And what's on the other side of this gap that's perfect for throwing Yellow's over? The hollow stump with the treasure (Abstract Masterpiece, 100 pokos) behind the electric fence. All I had to do after this was whistle to get the Yellows' attention before they started trying to move the treasure and lead them around to the fence with the C-stick (it was a bit odd seeing Pikmin working from the opposite side of an obstacle, especially since electric fences have such big gaps in them). Then I just had to throw the Yellows back over the wall and bring the Blues around to get the treasure. I then had the remaining Blues/Yellows collect the enemy pellets of the same colour (I've heard that getting a pellet into the same-coloured Onion produces more Pikmin seeds), accidentally losing a Yellow to a Shearwig I missed, then put away all unoccupied Blues/Yellows and took out some Reds to get the remaining corpses/pellets. Unfortunately time was marching on, so I was forced to leave a lot of sprouts in the ground when The Ship and Onions took off. Thankfully buried Pikmin are ignored by enemies and can be plucked the following day.

Day 21
After plucking and putting away the Blue and Yellow sprouts, I took the new Red Pikmin and the usual 20 Whites over to the Spiderworts, anticipating a return of the Fiery Blowhog. It had indeed respawned and it was swiftly taken out with the Reds, but unfortunately both the corpse and the red "5" pellet it dropped landed in a nearby puddle, so I'd have to return later with some Blues to carry them to a position where the Reds can take over. Anyway, I left Louie and the Whites to their work while the Reds took a single Whiskerpillar back to the Onion, where I then put them all away and took out 80 Blues, ready to head upstream again. I had another black wall to knock down plus god knows what beyond it, so there wasn't a moment to lose. With this in mind I decided to petrify the lone Wollywog near the gate as I didn't want to waste time and risk my Pikmin. Plus I had 11 Bitter Sprays by this point, so I could easily part with one. I gave the Blues a Spicy Spray (really need more of those...), knocked down the wall and took down two Hermit Crawmads in the flooded area beyond, though I did lose one Pikmin in the process. I lost two more to some Water Dumples that were also nearby, and then had to contend with a Withering Blowhog. Once all the enemies had been taken care of I could turn my attention to the scenery, specifically the final hole of the Perplexing Pool which was completely underwater so only Blues would be able to enter it (The Ship also said deeper sections were submerged in liquid), and a set of four see-saw blocks that lead up to a high platform with the final treasure on it. Unfortunately the blocks were arranged in such a way that I couldn't really operate them with just one captain, so I'd have to come back tomorrow with Louie. So as I entered the final few hours I took my army up a nearby slope and dropped down into the same area as Louie's squad, killed a couple more Dwarf Bulbears (losing another Blue in the process) took the Blowhog corpse and pellet out of the water, came back with some Reds to collect them and called it a day.
Today wasn't as productive as I had hoped it would be, but the way I have things worked out I should hopefully be able to clear the debt in the next 2-3 days. 4 at the most. Probably. Actually, 2 days would be pretty ambitious...

Next time: Cleaning up in the Shower Room.
