Actually, Majunior is his alias from Dragonball when he entered the Tenkaichi Budokai, in the Piccolo Junior Saga. It means Demon Junior, as he is the son of the Demon King, Piccolo. He created the name so he wouldn't be recognised (this was not long after King Piccolo's conquest, and he looked almost exactly like him). It was for the same reason he wears his cape and turban (he didn't start weighting it until he was defeated by Goku).
