Floyd is the devil.
I SERIOUSLY DREAMT OF FLOYD BEING A KILLER CYBORG WHO RAN 10 TIMES FASTER THAN ANY NORMAL HUMAN, AND THEN KILLED MM, TURNED FEMALE, WENT AFTER ME, AND I DROPPED FROM THE SKYSCRAPER! IT HURTED, BUT I AWAKE CALMLY, THINKING I WOULDN'T SEE YOU AGAIN.

Watched Ghost in the Shell. It was interesting, but not as good as the show. Kusanagi's voice actor was irritatingly bad. I give it a 7.

Watched Rurouni Kenshin Tsuiokohen. Longer than it needed to be and not very good voice acting. 7.

Wait, someone who wasn't Mary Elizabeth McGlynn voiced Kusanagi? I hope the person who approved of that idea was fired.

SAC raised the bar for most other anime too far.

It at least had Richard Epcar and William Knight. I'll give it that much.

If it makes you happy, the original VA for Kusanagi apparently stopped voicing characters about 9 years ago.
