Honestly, there's been nothing discussed in the staff boards for weeks...it's disconcerting I'm fully in favor of becoming a more general gaming forum as long as the name remains. I wish more discussion could be done...I think it would have to take that shift combined with a big push to bring in users in order for activity to grow and more people to come in...but implementation of such things could be issues...  You know...having t-shirts could be an indirect form of advertising... |

I'm all for maybe making a brainstorming team or something composed of staff and some regular users...whatever happens, if it happens, is going to need to be planned and at least have begun implementation before summer...because I'll be a bit less available over summer...well, hopefully...I'm planning on doing a study abroad

Sometimes it is...if I'm unable to sleep until 6 am and have class at 9, there's no point in sleeping until later

Discussions of this sort always burned out around the point when a name change was discussed because we never wanted to change the name yet we worried it would discourage the shift to a more general gaming forum.
Really, this site ceased to be about Brawl over a year ago, so the focus has been changed to some degree already, though you could say we've merely lost a focus altogether. I think at this point, to make us more of a "general gaming forum" the gaming section of boards would need some kind of reorganization, and then of course we would need new users, which is the other point at which this discussion always dies.

I say we should do a big census, having every active user put their names on the list to go on the shirt. I just think it should be unique and personal rather then just a logo or title.
Just sayin. Maybe if theres enough space people could even request something be put under their name, as well.
