Q isn't too bad. As long as you don't bite off more than you can chew its pretty manageable, especially since there's no penalty to hitting enemies with things they're strong against. The sub-Persona system was super neat.

We had those 2 dominant Control games where I was running Lucio at least, but yeah. That Route 66 defense where they won with like 6 minutes of overtime has all but broken my desire to play Mercy in a group of randos.
I did get both of Mei's achievements the game that I played her, though, so that's cool.
Playing Genji against bad Bastion players is also super fun.

Yeah, those were great and then it just fell apart. I'm also partial to blame since I kept leaping away but I find that that's the most useful style of play for Winston.
I enjoy trying to take out their rear by leaping behind them, but a lot of times it's in vain because people in public matches refuse to take advantage and stand their ground on the payload to push it back. I even had a guy message me before saying that he was sorry he didn't help while I got raped by Roadhog because HE DIDN'T WANT TO WORSEN HIS K/D STATS.
But now that we're leveling quite a bit the pubs are going to become even more troubling.

I was really pissed at our Soldier because I think I died every time I tried to heal him, and he never once turned around to shoot at the Tracer that was ravaging me. |

Exactly. It's common courtesy to atleast try to flank the enemy or attempt to displace them if you're going to go aggressive TDM run and gun.
But no...they run in with Reaper and use his Ultimate while Bastion and TorbTurrets laugh from a distance.
It happens so often that I almost feel incomplete when I don't see a Reaper on Defense games.
