does not compute
The funniest things about it is that it was the last episode.

But it wasn't actually. It was a reset for comedic purpose.

I meant that it came at the end of the season, right after an emotionally driven, serious finale. not only was the episode comedic, but its placement.
Just watched the first episode of the OVA or whatever. The first fight scene was simply **** awesome; I'll be watching that over and over for some time. Yin is cute too.

My life. Episode 2 was great too. Can't wait for the third and fourth episodes.

That scene is absolutely perfect; on top of the choreography, it doesn't really spoil so it can be shared without fear, it doesn't really lead directly into something else so it doesn't feel out of place by itself and HEIIEIEIEIEIEIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
I remember you showing it to me before I started watching the show. Now I can appreciate it because I know what's happening , but even then, it was just:
2:02-2:04
, every time after that.

It depends. You should watch it unsubbed if you haven't seen the show before, because that invisible guy's dialog implies that Hei defects from the Syndicate. That's why I told you to watch it unsubbed. But yeah, that scene is just superb. Easily the best fight in all of DtB, maybe even better than Hei vs. Wei. Hei is most definitely my favorite anime character. Ever. Even in media in general he's a top contender. Also, have you seen episode 2 yet?

Still, taken out of context, it just sounds like battle conversation. And even as a spoiler, it it's not that bad compared to shows that actually spoil themselves (like Gungrave, from what I've gathered). There's usually always some aspect of an action scene that I take issue with. There's literally nothing in this one that I would change. The cut on his cheek received unflinchingly, the dive from the tower and all that culminating with that final grab at thin air. Someone put it perfectly when they said this show is what Heroes tried to be. I just watched it. The kills seem more brutal. Yin or the guy impersonating her showing emotion ranges from cute to unsettling.

Speaking of which, don't expect season 2 to be another season 1 (or anything like the OVA). It's pretty good, but a bit disappointing and I just want a season 3 because I feel the show wasn't ended properly. And the second episode's fight scenes were also great. Hei pretty much lost, but I appreciate the fact that he isn't some overpowered god. Also I came when Amagiri saved Hei, Yin, and that other dude. It was some chilling nostalgia, since I haven't watched Season 1 in such a long time.

Season 2 was horrible to be quite honest. You shouldn't even consider watching unless it turns out there is a thir-UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ UNTZ

But that just makes the OVAs pointless.
I think he should watch it to be honest. If only for the fight scenes, at least, because it has some great ones, like Hei vs. August 7th.
