Well, Zeiss is more worth it than Sophia is. Considering that there's an arena in the chapter after the mission where you get him (not including the Gaiden mission), if you raise him up a bit there, he may be worth it indeed.
My Ray was questionable. His strength and skill are decent, but his speed was crappy. Between 19 speed, 5 con and the 12 weight Apocalypse tome, he would be hit twice in one round by Idoun of all enemies. Well, would I even let that happen in the first place. His tomes **** his speed which is poor to begin with, but otherwise, he's not bad. Better than Niime at least; that four con and 16 speed combination sure is wicked!

Snipers suck, Oscar's attack stat is ****, Aether activation rate is garbage, Lethality activation rate is garbage and Volke is worthless without it.
