Details:
A typically shy pokemon, it looks surprisingly like a human. It has even learned a few human phrases such as "Look, I'm NOT a pokemon" and "Oh please dear god no, NOT INTO THE BALL!" Quite fond of female trainers. Has psychic powers, but is too dumb to make use of them.
