We need:

Obligatory large forest.
Obligatory underground tunnel/mountain tunnel.
Obligatory island town with a gym. (I think Shinnoh is the only one who didn't really do this, but even then, we got the Battle Frontier on an island. )

Not sure what else we need.

The idea for this region is that, theoretically, there would be a game that uses this region, and the story is supposed to be like....the manga spinoff for the games. So, the idea almost is that the "canon" version of the map is slightly vague, and that the story will take an anime like approach, and add in additional areas.

So for this map, the goal is to create a vague outline of what the region looks like, but allow the story to take creative liberties with the map.


Anyone got a good program for making simplistic maps that would fit the Pokemon style?
