Name: Hobbs. (Real name is Hobby.) Age: 20ish. Height: 'bout 6 foot. Hair: Black, unkempt. Eyes: Dark blue.
Personality: A mild introvert, Hobbs prefers the company of his flying squad to most other people, cringing at loud noises, and putting the care of his birds ahead of himself.
His 'mon are well trained, and at least one of them is flying free at any time, though obedient to him.
Pokemon: (I dunno scaling for the starter so, pick whichever one in the sequence you wish:) 1st: Star(ly/ravia/raptor) (Past here are one's he'd like to have.) 2nd: Pidgey -> Pidgeot 3rd:Natu > Xatu. 4th, 5th, 6th. The original legendary trio. Articuno, Moltres, Zapdos.
He'll catch anything which flies, though, and is looking for a complete group of flying/(Grass, ect) at some point. If a 'mon doesn't fly, he's not interested in it.
Is Hobbs only interested in pokemon that look like birds, or will any Flying type do? 'Cause apparently the only type that hasn't been paired with Flying yet is Fighting. Bird-looking pokemon, on the other hand, are a different story... I was wondering this myself. There's a whole plethora of Flying-types that aren't birds. Also, would Doduo count? It's technically a Flying type. <_< And it can learn Fly. And what would be his opinion on Torchic and/or Piplup? Neither are Flying types, but they're both birds.

Zeldafan, when making Raine on that Trainer dress up thing, did you use the lightest skin colour for her?

I see...
Would you like a tip on how to single out Raine's appearance without having all the other crap in the print screen?

Okay...
1. Go back to the page for the dress-up thing on DA and click the "download" option. This will make the dress-up thing fill the whole screen. (If you like, you could right-click the "download" option and select "open in new tab" or "open in new window").
2. Make your trainer.
3. Use the print screen key to copy the whole screen, then open Paint or something similar.
4. Make the canvas in Paint very small and paste the copied stuff into Paint. Then draw a selection around the bit you want to keep (the finished trainer) and cut it from the picture. Then "undo" stuff until you reach a blank canvas again, and paste the cut bit back in. the canvas should grow to fit the picture, and you can then save the resulting image.
5. Upload the image to photobucket or something, then put it here in this topic.
Was that understandable? Basically you get a bigger image of the trainer and you don't have all the crap surrounding it.

I think I used the second lightest. Not 100% sure, but almost.

Hm, looks like you did...
See, I've got my trainer design almost complete, I just need to decide on skin tone.

Well, do you want him to be pale, or have more of a tan?

Then if it suits him, go with the lightest. Or second lightest if the other makes him look TOO pale.

Okay.
Now I just need to wait for Zeldafan's decision on who does the gym challenge...
